George Gallego

The triathlon is a game that requires a lot of strength to participate and how does it feel when you are made to think that a handicap not only participate but win the contest. Well, this is true of an American athlete named George Gallego. He was just 25, when he fell from the 3rd floor onto the cemented floor and received a spinal injury that made him restricted to wheelchair and what else could be more a punishment for a sportsman than this. But he never made this obstruct his path towards success and very soon overpowered the reliability on medicines and became self dependent once again.

George Gallego New York started playing triathlon for America and is known to grab many national and international awards for the excellent performance shown in the game. He in the present date operates two NGOs known as “wheels of progress” and “the axis project”. Here he work as mentor along with his team of trainers who trains the patients admitted to their centers. These people have lost their confidence after suffering a disability from an accident and these are George’s subjects; they are trained via lectures, games, events and activities that they too can contribute a lot to the society.
